In order for
Church Loans & Investments Trust ®
to evaluate your loan request,
please follow the guidelines below

Very Important |

First thing to do is to fill out the
First Contact Summary
and send to us via mail,
email
or fax and let us
respond to the information you have provided.

Second
thing is to complete the
full Loan Application.
To save you time, please do not fill out the Loan Application until we
have asked you to do so.

Here is a summary of individual items that
will be needed to evaluate your loan request |

- A
completed Loan Application.
- An appraisal (short form
will be acceptable for the initial review.) Pictures are very
important.
- Copies of the last 3
years financial statements and budgets. Special contributions and fund
drives should be listed separately.
- Purpose of the loan.
- Church history and
attendance figures.
- Any special or unusual
conditions concerning the loan request.
- If
possible, please submit your documents by e-mail instead of faxing them. We
accept Word, WordPerfect, Excel and plain text documents and Adobe
PDF documents are always appreciated.
If your e-mail is going to be larger than 1.0 MB, please let us know in
advance to expect a large e-mail attachment.
